As for pre-service and post-service teachers, it is really our joy and responsibility in making learning an effective one. In view of the fact that multi-media presentation is really an attraction to the learners’ senses, surely, the teachers would not find it hard to get the full attention of the students as they give the presentation about a certain topic to the students.
That is why since Animoto has arrived, I do believe that there would be a great improvement in better learning in every with teachers that would make use of it. Less time and effort is required in making a presentation using Animoto, so a great job would it be for the teachers and because of that, they will be able to maximize their time in doing other things that pertains to preparation instructional plans and activities.

All life forms on earth are connected to each other for mutual support. This is recognition that each of us, being members of the society needs other people for our own needs. No one can claim that he does not need other people to survive as a human person. Just like in school, it is really important that the involvement of all stakeholders of the school is cooperating in the school activities because when one is not participating the collaborative of the school is not effective but when all are cooperating like students, teacher and stakeholders the school activities will perform perfectly as what they have plan.
As we all know to be a future teacher is very difficult, hard and stressful but to become a good and effective teacher you must able to have a good character of who you are. You are prepared of whatever lesson you will discuss in the class but in order to have a good presentation they must plan and right their lesson plan first. The teachers need to align the objectives, strategies and assessment because they must follow the right procedure specially in making the lesson plan and in teaching proper in order to have a good presentation and a organized lessons. The very effective way or strategy to align your objectives, strategies and assessment is brain strategy. That is one of the strategies that could help for the teacher in teaching learning process.
The teacher nowadays are using technology in teaching like projector, computer and etc. and thinking that if they use this technology their life will be easier. We must always remember as a future teacher that if you use this things we know what are their advantages and disadvantages in using this technology. Really it could help us a lot specially in online teaching because if you do have this things or this technology your life will be more easier. Internet now help us in our research studies, in online teaching, and give us information even by making a blog using educational web tools. Indeed it help us a lot, but always remember that we know how to use it well and properly.

Contemplating on what things and experiences that I had been through was already a piece of success for my life. The activities imparted to me by this course have let me be equipped on the future. A big owe that I will bring towards the road that I will arrive at.
In FS4, 5 and 6 each of the episodes had let me reminisce the lessons way back the lower years of enjoying in the campus. I never realized that the learning that the indebted professors will come to life; a total application for all. The episodes have let me reinforce about what a dedicated teacher should know in the field. Curriculum models, principles and approaches in designing, delivering and addressing the curriculum were the topics that astonished me to be a teacher.
Thus, the competence to become a good teacher is very much needed; A great battle to be prepared for.

I believe we are all loved children of God. I believe that there are no privileges or handicaps that come with birth into one family or one gender or one race or one sexual orientation. I believe the Golden Rule -- do unto others as you would have them do unto you -- is a useful guide for behavior. I believe that we are all striving to become the people our Creator created us to be.
All of which boils down to one word: respect. In my teaching, respect is my number one rule. I respect the students. Not because they are bright or rich or well-dressed. I respect them because "students are peopling, too," people deserve respect, and because I treat them as I would want to be treated.
I want them to gain confidence in their intellectual abilities. I praised them when their logic served them well, and helped them see the flaws in their thinking when they got off-track. I cheered (literally!) when they got something right after struggling with it. I believe that acquiring an ability to think through problems -- be they economic or political or social or personal problems -- is critical to gaining self-confidence, and so I explicitly teach a method for criticizing arguments.
And I respect who they are. There is more to life than economics. "What should I major in? My parents want me to major in business." Follow your heart. Figure out what you love, what makes you groove, what turns you on, and major in that. Your parents will eventually come around. If you love business, then go for it. But if your love is art history, if your passion is politics, if you can't get enough of microbiology, follow your heart. Life is too short to not do what you love.
Somehow in all of this, I teach them life lessons. One student said what he really admired was how I "carried" myself. I suppose it's more than having grown up next door. I think they knew I was struggling through a rough time, but that "through" was the key word. I have often had students seek me out as their mentor, knowing full well that I am certifiably liberal. Why? I think because I treat the students with respect. Together we think through the perplexing political and social problems of the day, we disagree, we figure out why, and we don't feel a need to belittle each other because of our disagreement.
I encourage students to take responsibility for what we are studying together: for reading the text assigned, for thinking about it, for posing pertinent questions, for clarifying misunderstandings. When they take a leading role in deciding what we discuss and what it means, they want to--in fact, must--learn how to interpret and analyze texts on their own. Since written texts can be read on many levels and from many different perspectives, rarely is there one "right" interpretation. That is a difficult concept for many undergraduates, who seem often to have been successful through knowing the "right" answer in a simplified context. One of the most important things I teach is the recognition that multiple interpretations can be supported and that, to be a strong thinker, one must be able to defend one's analysis.
Philosophically, I also believe in the power of intellectual curiosity and personal engagement with new ideas and information. Thus, when it is appropriate, I incorporate in my courses an individualized research experience for students, who are more than capable of discovering and sharing facts I do not know and perspectives I have not considered. It is crucial that learners investigate what intrigues them. My job is to help them discover what that is, if they do not already know, and to teach them how to explore academically. Details of how students' research projects in the Victor Hugo course unfold appear in Strategies and Strengths.
Teaching this way means that I need to know the material much better than I would were I doling out information. When I used to lead what I now consider a "traditional discussion" (the sort that some call "Socratic"), I chose the main themes of a literary text, organized them logically, created questions to prompt students to see and understand them, and led the students gracefully (I hoped) to my understanding. Now the authority for knowing is distributed among all of us, and discussions go in unforeseen directions; I go with them, responding to students' perspectives and questions as they work through their individual interpretations. Students not only have their own understandings but absolutely need to test them out in order to monitor and develop their skills of analysis, argument, synthesis, and critique. I learn from my students constantly: new readings of texts, figures of speech I had not noticed, new information about the subject, new ways to support an argument, ways of misunderstanding that lead to confused analysis.
I am encouraged that my voice was heard regarding the need to establish a classroom which has a better heterogeneous mixture for next year. I am confident that we will be more successful as a result. This year’s homogeneous grouping of students stifled many of our attempts to raise the bar academically, but we have higher hopes for next year’s students.
It has been an awesome reprieve for me to only have to prepare students for the reading test, since the some tests has been removed for this year and next. But, I realize how difficult a task it will be for me) to cover all that I am required to cover to prepare students for three tests next year and all four the following years. Yikes! It comes as no surprise to you, if you have been following my blogs, that this is the least favorite part of my job. I have learned how to share my space this year, and actually enjoy having another adult in my classroom. I have even learned to give up the reins more frequently and rely on my co-teacher to share my job. This is a work in progress for me, as it is not natural for me to give up control in my classroom. Luckily, we get along very well, and I trust her judgment. We also agree philosophically on what is best for our students. I look forward to making decisions mutually and truly sharing every aspect of the classroom.
All in all, this has been a great year. I have grown professionally and have been challenged, which keeps teaching from growing stale. Next semester the challenges will be even greater. I can’t wait! Good luck to all of you teachers out there. God bless you for the job you do.

A lot of people have been blogging now. As much as I understand and read about this generation of digital people, I was amazed. I and my group mates made a blog for the completion of our requirement in Field Study 4. Making it was great. Today I came to visit a lot of blogs, reading articles and reviews. It's been fun creating a blog; what to write, how to write and when to write - a blog helped me improve my writing skills. Our field study 4 teacher made us use a blog because she wants us to write something about educational web tools. We enjoy writing and field study becomes an enjoyable subject through this. One reason why I like blogs now is that because it makes teaching easy. As a future educator, I could also use this as a tool in educating or for requirements. I wish I would be able to see my future students using blogs as part of learning. In our full time field study observation, i and my co-fs students were brought together to experience school as a place for learning, socialization and to impress a sense of wonder for the world. In this moment of time for me, I am observing in a public school. I created positive relationships with the students I encounter every time I'm on the observing job. I think these relationships will affect the students because I will be doing my practice teaching by the second semester and I would expect an environment as similar to what I am observing now. Aside from being a good educator, a true fountain of knowledge and a molder of young people, teachers should also be good classroom facilitator, students' friend and a second parent in school. I learn that in becoming a teacher, one should consider many factors and continue to observe it as long as one embraces the title of becoming a mentor, nurturing, shaping and helping young minds.

It is a great benefit to both teachers and students to used Flickr as an educational tool because it is a popular photo sharing website that allows members to upload their own photos into customizable albums that can then be labeled, organized, tagged, and publicly posted. Flickr, as well as many other photo hosting websites, provides image URLs for every file that is uploaded, and these image URLs can then be used to embed a photo in a website, social networking profile, blog post, or email.
Another point is that it can be of great help to those who enrolled themselves on distance learning there’s no hustle. Example you are doing a portfolio you want to make a different that’s why you add some photos with relevance to the content of your portfolio that would enhance the creativity and uniqueness of your portfolio aside from that you can also upload other peoples’ videos about their comment on how to make a one of a kind portfolio.
So, as you can see using flickr is a great help to us and it will lead us to a better heights of quality education at the same time advancing ourselves to use this kind of educational web tool.

After accomplishing this study, I learned a lot of things, form home going to school, entering the gate and the classroom as well. I realized it is not easy. You need to wake up early to be not late. Then studying the episode, especially those things that you need to observed. Fortunately, despite of being tired, I can manage myself, all pains vanish away it’s because of the experience I have from the students and the teacher4 at the same time. Indeed, it is a serious work; you need to give your best, wearing your smile and not to be harsh but gentle. It really a ground breaking experience, wherein you are observing diverse characters of the students. Sometimes, I feel being nervous without any reason, maybe because of my expectation that I will be a good observant. But somehow, I really appreciate my performance; I think everything is not vain. All is working together in my mind to understand enough what curriculum is all about.
Looking back with my experience, as I enter the classroom, I can see the crowd, take note, it is not in public market or wherever you are thinking, But, inside the classroom. Upon seeing this, I can say “wow” it’s liked sardines. Moreover, it’s not only the crowded student arte the problem but also the chairs are not in good condition, it’s too old, However, despites of these, the good thing is I Can see the desire for learning in their eyes.
Consequently, all of these things help a lot, in order to create new me as a teacher someday. Basically, as a teacher you need to understand what curriculum is all about, we should know about it. Looking forward, this activity is an unforgettable one. I believe this will prepare and equip me at the same time when I will become a teacher someday.

In answering the questions in my Field Study 4, 5 & 6, it help me to be more knowledgeable about how should I be able to establish a good manager in the classroom. This will help me for my future plans to become a teacher. As of now, I can already see many weaknesses and on how the teachers I have observed handled their students. In having a field study it helps be to know what shall I do If I am in that kind of situation. In having this field study it also lets me how to strengthen the weaknesses of the teachers today. It has added an impact for me to be a better and a flexible teacher.
I have learned many things, one these is about how the students behave if the teacher is not around only the student teachers. Another how students you will be able to control your students by not shouting but with a calmly voice. In this kind of early exposure it helps me to be prepared in the reality that my future students will act the same way that they did to their past teacher to me.
In teaching students, you must be able to catch their attention so that the lesson you have prepared will absorb by your student. In our modern world today, not only games, social networking and etc. are having a high level when it comes to technology. Education is also coping up with the new generation. In the generation today it will be easy for the students to have their assignments done by using educational web tools. This is a big factor that will help student to be having a convenient life. Not like before that you need to read many books before resulting to the book you needed. Indeed we all know that internets made our life easy in school but still we should never forget the traditional style.
